Hunger strike in Lavrio Camp on day 96

The activists emphasized that their resistance would continue everywhere until Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan is free.

The 20th group has taken over the hunger strike in the Lavrio Camp Greece on its 96th day. The activists demand the freedom of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan.

The hunger strike in Lavrio Camp started on January 4 by the Revolutionary Youth Movement (Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger-TCŞ), the European Kurdistan Women's Movement (Tevgera Jinên Kurdistan-Avrupa) and the Kurdistan Cultural Center (Navenda Çanda Kurdistan). A group of 8 people takes over the strike in a 5-day rotation.

In a statement, the 20th group emphasized that their resistance would continue everywhere until Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan is free. During the action, slogans were chanted in favor of Abdullah Öcalan and the PKK.
