HBIM claimed responsibility for tourism boycott action in Tokat

The Peoples’ United Vengeance Militia (HBIM) claimed the sabotage action in the tourist area of Tokat Erbaa district.

The Peoples’ United Vengeance Militia (HBIM) has claimed responsibility for the forest fire in the tourist village of Dokuzçam in Erbaa, Tokat province.

HBIM claimed responsibility with a written statement saying that the Turkish state set the mountains of Kurdistan on fire with the income obtained from tourism and repress people.

The HBIM underlined that tourism is one of the sectors which actually helps financing the ongoing war waged by the Turkish state and added that their actions are a direct response to the massacre and destruction policies of the state.

The tourists were warned that the region is not safe, the statement said, adding: “Do not come to tourist resorts which are financing war. Don't be silent on the AKP-MHP fascist bloc supported by your countries and protest with your states. ”

The HBIM claimed responsibility for two other actions, one in the Datça district of Palamutbükü (Muğla) against television transmitters and the other against the Grand Efe Hotel on 2 July.
