French police continue their crackdown on Kurds who are protesting in Paris against Friday’s deadly attack.

Thousands of people gathered in Paris today for a mass demonstration after the attack on Ahmet Kaya Cultural Centre which left three dead and three injured in the heart of the French capital on Friday. In the massacre at noon, long-time revolutionary Evîn Goyî (Emine Kara), musician Mîr Perwer (M. Şirin Aydın) and patriot Abdurrahman Kızıl were shot dead. Other people were injured and are being treated in hospital.

French police took brutal action against demonstrators using tear gas and iron sticks.

Provoking the people, police forces are trying to encircle the crowd and disperse them into small groups. Demonstrators are responding to the attack with resistance.

Reports say that many people were injured or detained during the brutal crackdown. Those detainees were handcuffed behind their backs.

The assassin involved in the attack had been released from prison ten days ago and should have been under state supervision. He went to the cultural centre with a bag full of ammunition.
