Members of the Socialist Party of the Oppressed (ESP) were taken into custody during police raids in different provinces, including Izmir, on Tuesday morning.
It was reported that Hıdır Ali Kılıç and Sinem Çelebi were taken into custody during the raids in Izmir, Birkan Polat in Istanbul, and Ebru Yiğit in Eskişehir. The reason for the detention was not disclosed.
It was learned that those detained would be taken to Izmir Provincial Police Department.
