First neighborhood cleared of ISIS in Raqqa

YPG-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) continue their operation to liberate Raqqa in its fourth day. Following to days of fierce clashes with ISIS gangs, SDF fighters have cleared the al-Mashlab neighborhood of the gangs Friday morning. At least 20 ISIS members were killed in clashes.
The fighters have started minesweeping and search efforts in the neighborhood.
Fighting between SDF and ISIS got heavier on the western front of the city too. In al-Jazra, ISIS gangs attempted to attack SDF positions with bomb-laden vehicles, two of which were destroyed by SDF.
SDF fighters discovered and neutralized an explosives plant of the gangs in the area.
The fighters continue their advance in Raqqa city.
