A solidarity event with Northern and Eastern Syria was organized at the headquarters of the Italian Anarchist Federation (FAI) in Milan. The event was promoted by Rete Kurdistan Lombardia (Kurdistan Solidarity Network) and the FAI itself.

A lunch was held to collect funds for the campaign to rebuild the Amûdê Cinema, the construction of which is already underway.

Sara Lucaroni presented her book "The Light of Shengal", about the genocide committed by ISIS mercenaries against the Yazidi community.

The functioning of the Democratic Confederalism system built in Northern and Eastern Syria and current developments were conveyed by Professor Fabrizio Eva and journalist and researcher Alessia Manzi. Italian musician Fabio Mercuri closed the event with a performance.
