URFA

Police officers obstruct observers from the HDP to stand near the ballots in Urfa's Ceylanpınar district. Necmi Taş and Mahmut Şahin, observers from the HDP, were assaulted and forced to leave the voting station when they refused Aydoğdu neighborhood headman Derviş Gümüş's request to vote openly in Aydoğdu neighborhood, where village guards make up the majority of the population.

HDP officials filed a complaint to the district election board on the incident.

The presiding ballot official is reported to have folded and prepared the envelopes in a way that only 'YES' is visible at Ballot no. 1083 in İncirliova Middle School in Karaköprü district.

ANTEP

Election violations in Antep province began with the open voting of AKP members. Images of AKP members voting 'YES' in Mesthöyük neighborhood, Nurdağı district emerged.

Tensions rose briefly between AKP and CHP observers at Şehit Nafi Çevik Middle School in Kayaönü neighborhood, Şehitkamil district. CHP observers demanded that AKP officials remove the white and orange pens in their shirt pockets because they reflect their political identity. In return, an AKP official threatened the CHP observers that 'anyone that removes the pens will have to give an account to Abdulkadir Yüksel (AKP Antep parliamentarian).

52 voting papers are reported to be missing at the ballot box no. 2171 at the same school. HDP lawyers took a statement down on and are expected to file a complaint on the issue of missing voting papers.

ADANA

Voting at the Karşıyaka, Sakıp Sabancı, Çukurova, Hacı Nazım Turgut, Beyazevler Semiha Yücel and Mareşal Çakmak primary schools in Adana's Seyhan and Yüreğir districts is reported to have begun with lacking voting papers and envelops. Polling clerks took down a statement on the issue and informed it to Supreme Election Board.

A woman has been detained at 29 October Primary School for allegedly propagating for 'NO', and a man called Cihat Baytekin has been detained at Anafartalar Primary School for being a draft dodger.

Intense armored vehicle activity is reported at Kurdish-majority neighborhoods.

HATAY

Some of the stamps at the 159 ballot boxes set up in Hatay's Reyhanlı district are reported to have the writing 'Yes' as opposed to 'Preference.' The district election committee collected all 'Yes' stamps and replaced them with 'Preference.'

AMED

HDP and DBP staff Haygül Aktaş and Rojin Şeker have been detained at the Mehmet Akif Ersoy Primary School in Amed.

ADIYAMAN

A car with a 'YES' sticker is parked in front of a school in Adıyaman where voting continues.

VIOLATIONS CONTINUE

One of the votes cast at the ballot box no. 1203 in Ankara's Çubuk district was cancelled.

A police officers was spotted taking the photo of his voting paper at the ballot box no. 1272 in İstanbul's Sarıyer district. The police officer's vote has been cancelled.

CHP observers caught voter Nurten Abay voting twice at Cumhuriyet Middle School.

Observers are not allowed to enter the Vega Schools in Sultanbeyli, İstanbul.

A voter called Turgay Hisoğlu took the photo of his voting paper with a 'YES' vote at a primary school in Arnavutköy. Observers filed a report on the issue and cancelled Hisoğlu's vote.

Some of the ballot bags brought to the Sultançiftliği Middle School in Çekmeköy were seen to be open and envelopes without stamps.

AKP groups distributed a booklet titled 'AKP Ballot Guide' at the Bahçelievler Primary School in Çorlu.
