Saluting the Rojava Revolution, DEM Party said, “Attacks against the Rojava Revolution and remaining insensitive are also crimes. It is the fundamental responsibility of all of us to protect this women-led revolution, which is a gift to the whole world."
The DEM Party Central Executive Committee (MYK) made a written statement on the occasion of the 12th anniversary of the Rojava Revolution.
Saluting the revolution, DEM Party stated: “Rojava Revolution is a revolution led by women, in which Kurds, Arabs, Turkmens, Muslims, Christians, Alevis and Yazidis resisted together for their own future, paid the price and decided their own future.”
Drawing attention to the attacks against the peoples of North and East Syria, the statement said: “If you are in pursuit of dialogue and negotiation, start with the North and East Syrian Administration, which has created the most just, legitimate and democratic life model that this land has ever seen. Attacks against the Rojava Revolution and remaining insensitive to these attacks are also crimes. It is the fundamental responsibility of all of us to protect this women-led revolution, which is a gift to the whole world. All sensitive segments, especially our people, will continue the struggle to embrace the Rojava Revolution, to keep it alive and to enhance it.”
