The 13th Martyr Hasan Kızıler Youth Festival will be held on Saturday in the Schlieren district of the Zurich Canton. Members of TCŞ and activists from the Freedom Vigil have also called for participation in the festival.
This year’s 13th edition of the Martyr Hasan Kızıler Youth Festival will take place on Saturday, 31 May at 3pm in Schlieren, a district in Switzerland’s Zurich Canton. Members of Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger (TCŞ) and activists from the Freedom Vigil in Strasbourg have called on the public to attend the event.
TCŞ members said that they are moving forward with the slogan 'Toward Socialism Through Cultural Revolution,' and added: "We invite all youths from Kurdistan and our Swiss friends to the 13th Martyr Hasan Kızıler Youth Festival. Our most fundamental duty is to protect our language and culture."
Freedom Vigil activists in Strasbourg also made a call, saying: "We invite all our people from Kurdistan and our youth to the 13th Martyr Hasan Kızıler Youth Festival being held this year in Zurich. Young people are our vanguard. Let’s celebrate this festival together with enthusiasm."
