Cafe and bar workers, who have been left unemployed due to the restrictions connected to the pandemic, organised a silent action in Kadıköy, Istanbul.

The workers formed a chain around the Süreyya Opera House and demanded the government to give incentives to the employees, not its supporters.

Cafe and bar workers now unemployed, most of whom are university graduates and young people, conveyed their messages with posters saying "We can't breathe", "We want to live humanely", "We will not pay the bill".

The workers demanded the government to provide a solution to a worsening situation and asked for incentives to unemployed and not government supporters.
