Following the European Congress of Democratic Kurdish Societies' (KCD-E) call to protest both the occupation attacks against the Kurdish people and attacks on the Free Press, demonstrations were held in many European cities.

STUTTGART

Stuttgart Democratic Kurdish Community Center (DKTM) protested the police attacks against Kurdish media institutions in Belgium and the Kurdish association in France.

Kurds and their friends gathered in front of the Belgian Consulate in Stuttgart.

VIENNA

The police raid on Medya Haber TV and Stêrk TV in Belgium was protested in Vienna.

Kurds and their friends participated in the action organized by the Democratic Kurdish Community Center (DKTM).

FRANKFURT
Kurds gathered in front of Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof to attend the action organized by FCDK-KAWA and TJK-E Hessen.

LIMASSOL
In Limassol, Cyprus, the Kurdish people and their friends protested the raid on Stêrk TV and Medya Haber TV.

Activists gathered in front of Teofilos Kurdish Cultural Center and walked to Limassol Municipality.

HAMBURG
The Belgian police attack on Medya Haber and Stêrk televisions was protested in Hamburg.

The emphasis of "Hände weg von Medya Haber und StêrkTV" (Hands off Medya Haber and Stêrk TV) came to the fore in the protest action organized by Kurds and their friends in Hamburg Hauptbahnhof.

ATHENS
A march was held in Athens to protest the simultaneous police raids and detentions on Medya TV and Stêrk TV channels in Belgium.

Activists also protested the raids carried out on the homes of the Drancy Democratic Kurdish Community Center and its members in Paris, and the homes of Kurdish press workers in Turkey.

PARIS
The unlawful raids and detentions against Stêrk TV, Medya Haber TV and Drancy association were protested in Paris.

The Kurdish people and their friends gathered in Republique Square to attend the action organized by the CDK-F and TJK-F.

MARSEILLE

Kurdish people living in Marseille, France, condemned the pressure on the Kurdish press.

SAARBRÜCKEN
Dozens of people protested in front of the Europa Galerie in Saarbrücken.

During the demonstration where the KCDK-E declaration was read.

STRASBOURG

The police raid on Stêrk TV and Medya Haber TV studios in Belgium was protested in Strasbourg.

Kurds came together in Kleber Square to attend the action organized by Zîn Women's Initiative and Strasbourg Democratic Kurdish Community Center.

MULHOUSE
Another city where protests were held was Mulhouse.

Kurds and their friends went to Porte Jeune to attend the action promoted by the Democratic Kurdish Community Center and protested against the Belgian and French states.

WINTERTHUR

Kurdish people gathered in front of the Winterthur central train station in Winterthur, to attend the action promoted by the Swiss Democratic Kurdish Council (CDK-S).

BELLINZONA

The invasion attacks by the Turkish state and the attacks on Kurdish institutions were also protested in Bellinzona.
