Protests against the Turkish invasion of Efrîn (Afrin), which resulted in hundreds of thousands of residents displaced from their homes, are becoming more and more widespread. In Leipzig, an action of civil disobedience has taken place.

Antifascist activists have gathered in front of the building of the SPD city organization and protested against the invasion of Afrin by the Turkish-Jihadist invading army.

Banners with the inscriptions "Victory of the Kurdish Revolution", "Stop the Genocide in Afrin" as well as flags of the YPG and YPJ were attached to the party building of the SPD.
