Fighters started to move from Raqqa's Tal Seman area 12 km southwest of Ayn Îsa last night and have taken control over a 6-km area so far. They are making further advances in the region at the moment.
On the other hand, Wrath of Euphrates fighters have this morning liberated the strategic town of Mahmudlî which has been scene to severe clashes for three uninterrupted days.
Many ISIS members were killed during clashes and two bomb-laden vehicles, one panzer and one DshK-laden vehicle of the ISIS groups were destroyed. Fighters have started mop-up operations in the town, the liberation of which has been a severe blow against the gangs.
