Activists in Limassol protest Turkish state's use of chemical weapons

A protest was carried out in Limassol, Cyprus, against the invading Turkish state's use of chemical weapons against guerrillas and occupation attacks.

A protest and rally were held in Moloz Park in Limassol, Cyprus.

Activists protested the Turkish state's invasion attacks, the use of chemical weapons against the guerrillas and the silence of international forces.

Speaking at the rally, Kurdish politician Lezgin Serhat said that "the Turkish state considers any attempt to attack the Kurds as legitimate."

Serhat also condemned the KDP's attitude towards Shengal and the violent attack of the police on a rally held in Strasbourg on 2 October saying that France owed an apology to the Kurdish people.
