Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan has been under absolute isolation in Imrali High Security F-Type Prison since 1999.

His lawyers, Newroz Uyasal, Cengiz Yürekli, Faik Özgür Erol and Mazlum Dinç made a new application to Bursa Chief Public Prosecutor's Office to meet with their client tomorrow, Wednesday.

The lawyers were able to meet with their client for the first time on 2 May 2018, after 8 years. Later that same year, it was possible for lawyers to meet with Abdullah Öcalan on 22 May, 12 and 18 June and finally on 7 August 2019.

None of the 104 applications submitted since the last visit has been answered.
