Abdullah Öcalan’s book distributed to people in Athens

A stand was opened for two consecutive days in the touristic centres of Athens and books were distributed to the Greek people on the occasion of the 75th birthday of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan.

Kurdistan Democratic Cultural Centre opened a two-day stand in the touristic squares of Athens, the capital of Greece.

At the stand opened in Syntagma Square on Saturday and Akademiya Square on Sunday, on the occasion of the 75th birth anniversary of Abdullah Öcalan, the Kurdish leader’s books were distributed free of charge to the Greek people. At the stand where leaflets were also distributed, the Turkish state's isolation of Öcalan, torture and genocidl system was exposed.

The members of the Cultural Centre who participated in the action stated that they would continue their actions to convey the ideas and thoughts of Öcalan to the peoples and to expose the isolation policy of the state.
