Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons in an armed attack carried out by AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız’s bodyguards and relatives in Suruç district of Urfa on 14 June 2018, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar, who was injured in the same attack, continued their vigil for justice in front of Urfa Courthouse on its 324th day.

Today, while the Şenyaşar family was on their way to Urfa Courthouse 42 km away from their home in Suruç, their car broke down in the vicinity of the organised industrial zone 20 km from Urfa, and the family reached the Courthouse by another vehicle.

The family shared the following on their social media account; “We have been crying out for justice for 324 days. When will justice finally be done? Those remaining silent on this persecution will lose.”
