Police forces carried out raids on several houses in Amed’s central Kayapınar, Bağlar, Yenişehir and Sur districts early this morning. Police broke the doors of the houses to get in and turned the flats upside down.

Many people were taken into custody in the operation, including 17 years old Cotkar Amara Yürek who has been detained for the second time since he was 7.
