Young people from Ranya: We are ready to go to Rojava

A group of young people in the southern Kurdistan region of Ranya said in a press statement that they are ready to go to Rojava to stand up to Turkish occupation.

A group of young people calling themselves "Revolutionary Youth of Southern Kurdistan" issued a press statement in Ranya, Sulaimaniyah.

The group of young people, who read the statement with their face covered, reacted to the Turkish occupation attacks against northern and eastern Syria. They read a press statement behind a poster of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan.

"We, as young people from Southern Kurdistan, - they said - will not remain silent about the attacks on our land. We are ready to go to Rojava Kurdistan to fight against ithe Turkish invasion."

The youth added: "We urge all the people of Southern Kurdistan not to remain silent and to rise up to serhildan."
