Shengal Resistance Units (YBŞ) Command released a statement on Monday’s aerial attack by the Turkish state in the Yazidi town in southern Kurdistan (northern Iraq).

YBŞ Command said that they would make a detailed statement in the coming hours, saying the following:

“The invading genocidal Turkish army carried out an airstrike in Shengal at 12:10 today. The attack was directed at a military vehicle and resulted in death and injuries. Detailed information will be shared soon.”
