Turkish army launches a two-way military attack in Yüksekova

The Turkish state launched a large-scale military attack on rural areas, villages, plateaus and hamlets in Yüksekova.

The Turkish state launched a military attack in the morning hours on Yüksekova (Gever) in the province of Hakkari (Colemêrg). Hundreds of soldiers and guards are carrying out a two-way attack in many villages affiliated to Yüksekova. It was reported that the area of the operation involves the villages of Memkawa, Mûşan, Nêbari on the Şemdinli (Şemzînan) road, as well as Kelê, Xurekan Seyîda and Xurekana Temo on the Bajêrge (Esendere) town.

It was learned that the Turkish soldiers passed from the Warê axa, Warê kêska and Serraza’a areas to the Memkawa countryside, and from Dola Qubê to the village of Nêbari.

In addition, helicopters and armored vehicles were dispatched to the region on Monday morning.

It was learned that the military attack launched on 15 November in the rural areas of the villages of Bilindbasan, Soryan, Dêlezi, More, Şahê and Pagenkê, which also cover the Geliyê Dirîyan area of ​​Gever, is continuing.
