People’s Defence Forces (HPG) reported in a written statement that HPG guerrilla forces carried out a targeted attack on ISIS gangs in Shengal on 20 June, leaving 1 gang member dead.

HPG said the guerrilla forces carried out the targeted attack on ISIS gangs in the Xeyr Nasır neighbourhood of the town centre at 18:00 on 20 June. HPG reported that 1 gang member was killed in the attack.
