A specialist sergeant from the Turkish army who was wounded in clashes with guerrillas in Doğubayazıt district of Ağrı, has died.

The specialist sergeant was severely wounded during a clash with HPG guerrillas in the rural areas of Yaygınyurt (Zoravakır) village in Doğubayazıt last night.

The Turkish soldier has died at Erzurum Mareşal Fevzi Çakmak Military Hospital where he had been receiving treatment since.
