Six more Kurdish prisoners executed in Iran

According to Herena news agency, 6 Kurdish prisoners have been hanged this morning after being taken to one-person cells yesterday evening.

A relative of one of those executed said that the prison official confirmed the executions but that they weren't allowed to see the bodies.

The names of the six prisoners executed today are; Hamêd Ehemdî, Kemal Melayî, Cemşîd Dihqanî, Cehangîr Dihqanî, Sêdîq Muhemdî and Seyîd Hadî Husêyînî.

The Iranian regime executed eight prisoners late February, and 10 people at once yesterday.

According to the opponent Iranian sources, a total of 98 people were executed throughout the country in February.

With the mass execution of 10 inmates in Shiraz prison yesterday, the number of those hanged in the first three days of March rose to 13.

It is reported that 61 percent of the executions carried out in Iran is not officially announced, while the opposition gathers information about the executions basing on reports on social media.

At least 189 people have been reported hanged in Iran since the beginning of 2015.

On the other hand, MafNews agency reported that Kurdish political prisoner Mehmud Emîn Agoşî was threatened and forced to be an agent by the officials of the Zahidan prison where he is jailed. The Kurdish prisoner told that he wouldn't be able to see his family if refused to cooperate.

Mehmud Emîn Agoşî was sentenced to imprisonment ten years ago and is still held in Zahidan Prison, accused of being an agent.
