The SDF said that in a series of operations a radar and surveillance system belonging to the Turkish occupation in Qara Qwzaq and Tal Tamir was destroyed.
The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) issued a statement reporting on the latest actions by its forces.
The statement said: "In response to the crimes committed by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries against our people in northern and eastern Syria, our forces have conducted a series of targeted operations against military bases under construction by the Turkish occupation in the areas of Qara Qwzaq Bridge and Manbij.
During three precision operations against a Turkish occupation base in the Qara Qwzaq Hill, our forces eliminated four mercenaries, wounded ten others, and damaged a military vehicle belonging to the mercenaries."
The statement added: "On the northern front of the Tishreen Dam, our forces targeted gatherings of Turkish occupation mercenaries, resulting in confirmed elimination and injuries among them.
In the Tal Tamir region, our SDF’s Tal Tamir Military Council carried out a targeted operation against a Turkish occupation base near the village of Tal al-Laban. The operation resulted in the confirmed elimination of one Turkish soldier, injuries to two others, and the destruction of a radar and a surveillance system, causing significant damage to the base."
The statement said that Turkey is continuing "its brutal crimes against our people," and added: "Turkish occupation warplanes bombed civilian homes in the village of Ashma, west of Kobani, injuring 12 civilians, most of whom were women and children. These civilians were rescued from the rubble and transported to hospitals for treatment. Additionally, Turkish occupation warplanes bombed the village of Munir Habib, west of Kobani, while a Turkish UCAV targeted the village of Idqa, causing material damage.
South of Kobani, The Turkish occupation warplanes and UCAVs carried out airstrikes on the villages of Bir Hisso, Ghasaq, Melha, Kharus, al-Tineh, and Ja’dah, resulting in the martyrdom of one of our fighters and injuries to four others. Simultaneously, the occupation forces shelled these villages with artillery and tanks, causing extensive damage to civilian properties and farmland."
The statement said that "in the northern countryside of the Tishreen Dam and the Deir Hafer area, the Turkish occupation warplanes and UCAVs launched a series of airstrikes, leading to the martyrdom of one of our fighters. Additionally, a Turkish occupation UCAV targeted a civilian gathering at the Tishreen Dam, injuring two people.
Despite the Turkish occupation’s use of all types of weaponry—including airstrikes, artillery, and tanks—our fighters demonstrated remarkable resistance, inflicting heavy losses on the enemy’s soldiers, mercenaries, and military vehicles. Over the past week, during fierce battles in Kobani, Qara Qwzaq, and the Tishreen Dam frontlines, six of our comrades from Deir Ezzor, Raqqa, and Kobani attained martyrdom. Their sacrifices embody the spirit of Kurdish-Arab unity in the struggle against the Turkish occupation."
