Two consecutive rocket attacks have targeted the police headquarters and courthouse in Yüksekova district of Hakkari. The attack was followed by an armed conflict.

While all the shops in the district have been closed down, clashes are taking place between demonstrators and police that have blockaded the Güngör neighborhood.
