The operations of YPG/YPJ forces on the road between Raqqa and Girê Spî continue. YPG Press Office reported in a written statement that fierce clashes took place during the operation while 38 gang members were killed. 

The operations on Raqqa- Girê Spî road carried out as part of Commander Rubar Qamislo Move launched on 6 May continue, and YPG/YPJ forces firmed up their control in the region. YPG reported that 38 gang members were killed in the operations and large amount of ammunition was seized. 

YPG lastly reported that 6 YPG/YPJ fighters lost their lives in the clashes over the past two days.
