Amed City Council has called on all Diyarbakýr citizens to participate in the march to be staged tomorrow in Baðlar district to protest the attacks against Kurds and their institutions.

Making a written statement about the march, Amed City Council drew attention to the racist attacks on Kurdish people and their establishments that target the values of the Kurdish people.

Remarking that people shouldn’t remain silent against these attacks, the statement said; “On this basis, we are calling on all our people to join the march in 5 April Neighborhood tomorrow in order to protect their values and to introduce a democratic reaction against these attacks. The march will start from Free Citizens' Association building at 18:00 and end with a press statement to be made in front of BDP Diyarbakýr district building.”
