People of Sidekan leave their homes due to Turkish attacks

A minor has been wounded and people have left their homes as a result of Turkish aerial bombardments on villages in Sidekan region, Southern Kurdistan.

Warplanes of the invading Turkish army shelled the villages in Sidekan region in the countryside of Choman district of Hewler, Southern Kurdistan at around 18:50 Thursday evening.

While an 11-year-old minor got wounded, residents of Celifan and Siran villages have left their homes and moved to Nizar village as a result of the attacks that caused damages to civilian areas, RojNews agency reported.

Reports suggest that the villages of Xelifan, Binesenan, Ciyadel, Buzênê and Siran were also targeted by artillery shelling in addition to aerial bombardments.
