HPG reported that an activity of Turkish warplanes supported by UAVs took place over

- Kandil region of Medya Defense Zones at between 04:00 – 18:30 on June 29,

- Xakurke area at between 15:30 – 22:30,

- Avashin area at between 08:00 – 11:00 on June 30 (today),

- Heftanin area at between 05:00 – 08:00 today,

- Oremar area in Yüksekova (Gever) district of Hakkari at 21:00 on June 29 and at 11:00 on June 30, and

- Mêrgezerê area in Zagros region at between 06:00 - 12:00 on June 30.

According to the HPG statement, Turkish military units attempted to infiltrate the guerrilla areas with an aim to launch an operation in Masiro area in Şemdinli district of Hakkari at 08:30 on June 29. HPG said the Turkish units withdrew without any results at 09:30 after guerrillas opened warning fire to the soldiers involved in the operational activity.

The Turkish army started another operation in Bılındbasan village in Esendere town of Hakkari's Yüksekova district at 15:00 on June 29. The operation supported by 2 cobra type and 1 Sikorsky helicopter was retreated inconclusively at 17:00 the same day.

On June 29, Turkish troops deployed at Oremar guard post in Yüksekova district of Hakkari conducted a bombardment with mortar, howitzer and heavy weaponry targeting the Hill Şehit (Martyr) Bager at between 19:00 – 20:00.

A following bombardment by the Turkish military on June 30 targeted the Hill Şehit (Martyr) Gafur, Hill Şehit (Martyr) Bager, and the areas of Şaxênêrîya and Satê at between 06:00 – 08:00, HPG said, added that guerrillas opened a warning fire twice in response to the attacks of the Turkish army.
