Turkish police reports says a nationalist organization named Turkish Revenge Union Organization (TIBT) is behind the Shengal attack in Iraq which left more than 500 Ezidi Kurds dead.
The testimonials of 14 Turkish nationalists who were detained by the police in Ankara shows the links between TÝBT and attacks against Kurds especially in Iraq.
Turkish police documents show that four TIBT militants attacked Shengal in August 2007 and killed more than 500 Ezidi Kurds.
The nationalist militants are also responsible for the attack against prominent Kurdish politician Ahmet Turk in Samsun.
Ahmet Turk was punched in the face by a Turkish nationalist in Samsun while he was leaving the courthouse under heavy police protection.
The evidence gathered by the police also shows TIBT links with attacks in Kirkuk against the Kurds.
There are also reports of links between army commanders and TIBT militants.
