People’s Defence Forces (HPG) Press Office reported that the Iranian army has been carrying out bombardments and ambushes against HPG guerrilla forces.  HPG said that Iranian soldiers from Tisê military post in Şehidan area located at the border of Xakurke region in Medya Defense Zones carried out a bombardment in Dola Berxê and its surroundings at 16:30 on June 23. HPG further reported that Iranian military forceshave been laying ambushes against HPG guerrillas in the villages of Banê, Kortêgevet and Kelekanî in the town of Urmiye located in East Kurdistan since June 20.
