HPG Media Center issued a statement on the Turkish army’s bombardment of Kandil’s Zergele village, and said that Turkish colonialism killed civilians in South Kurdistan once again. HPG condemned the cowardly and fascist attack targeting civilian people, and offered its condolences to the martyrs’ families as well as the people of South Kurdistan. HPG wished a speedy recovery to everyone who got injured during the Turkish warplanes’ bombardment, and said that Zergelê martyrs were also martyrs of HPG’s revolutionary struggle. HPG ended its statement by declaring that the martyrs would soon be avenged, massacre perpetrators would be brought to account, and the memories of the martyrs would live through the freedom struggle.
