People’s Defence Forces (HPG) Press Office has reported in a written statement that the aerial activity of the Turkish military over the guerrilla controlled zones continues increasingly.

HPG reported that Turkish war planes carried out flights over Avashin and Heftanin areas of Medya Defence Zones at between 20:00 - 21:00 on 18 June. Concerning drone activities HPG reported the following flights:

-Over Xakurke of Medya Defence Zones at between 06:30 - 16:00 on 18 June

-Over Şuke and Martyr Rahime areas of Avashin at between 14:00 - 22:00 on 18 June and at between 04:00 - 12:00 on 19 June,

-Over Oramar area in Yüksekova district of Hakkari at between 4:00 - 00:00, 18 June and at between 05:00 - 11:00, 19 June,

-Over Metina area at between 20:00, 18 June and 04:00, 19 June,

-Over Gare area at between 07:00 - 09:00 on 18 June,

-Over Heftanin area at between 20:30 - 23:30 on 18 June and at between 04:00 - 11:00, 19 June,

-Over Zap region at between 15:00, 18 June and 03:00, 19 June,

- Over Besta area of Şırnak at morning hours of June 16 and 19.

Alongside the aerial activities of the Turkish forces, HPG also reported that Turkish soldiers have been laying ambushes in Belen and Aksu areas of Hatay since 15 June.
