The HPG (People's Defence Forces) Central Command has released the balance-sheet of war for the first four months of the year 2012. The figures reflect, say the guerrillas in their press release, "the reality of attacks and as well as the resistance. Indeed, this balance-sheet - it warns - do not and can not reflect all the details of the war for the four months period".

The number of military operation carried by the Turkish army in the first four months of the year has been set to 48. The number of Cobra type Helicopter attacks to 18. The number of air raids to 20 (Zap: 8; Xakurke: 3; Haftanin: 2; Metina: 3; Kandil: 1; Gare: 1).

The number of Obus and Mortar Attacks carried out by the Turkish army has been set to 71.

The number of Turkish soldiers killed has been set to 121, while the wounded soldiers have been 35.

The guerrillas carried out 41 actions in the first four months of the year, while 12 clashes have been reported.

Six guerrillas are said to have been captured by the Turkish army, while 79 are said to have lost their life.
