HPG Air Defense Units hit Turkish soldiers in Heftanin

The ‘Martyr Delal Forces’ carried out an action with unmanned aerial vehicles against Turkish soldiers in Heftanin region of Southern Kurdistan, Northern Iraq.

The Press Office of People’s Defense Forces (HPG-BIM) released a statement sharing the details of an action carried out by the Şehit (Martyr) Delal Air Defense Units against the Turkish military in Heftanin region of Southern Kurdistan (Northern Iraq).

According to the statement, Air Defense Units targeted Turkish forces on the Martyr Sipan hill in the Heftanin region at 04:10 in the morning on March 24.

HPG-BIM said, “The targets were struck successfully and effectively. This action was carried out to take revenge for our immortal commander Savaş Maraş and his comrades who were martyred alongside him."

The statement said that the invading Turkish state carried out air strikes against the Medya Defense Zones and shared the following information:

“On March 9, at 12:00, the Kolit area in the Xakurkê region was bombed by fighter jets.

On March 20, at 11:00, the Hill Rosê terrain in the Goşine area of ​​the Xakurke region was bombed by fighter jets.

On March 20, at 11:00, the Saca area in ​​the Zap region was bombed by fighter jets.

We did not experience any losses in these air strikes.”
