HPG: 3 soldiers killed, 2 helicopters damaged

The Press Office of People’s Defense Forces (HPG) released a statement providing information about the latest actions by the guerrillas and attacks by the Turkish army in the guerrilla-held Medya Defense Zones in southern Kurdistan (northern Iraq).
The statement listed the details of the guerrilla actions and Turkish attacks as follows:
Xakurkê region;
On 9 September at 13:00 and 14:00, the invaders in Girê Şehîd Hêmin Resistance Area were struck by YJA Star guerrillas with heavy weapons.
On 9 September at 15:50, the invaders in the Lolan Resistance Area were struck by the guerrillas with heavy weapons. In this action, 3 soldiers were killed.
Metîna region;
On 9 September at 23:10, our forces intervened against the helicopters of the invaders in Dergelê and Bêşîlî Resistance Area. As a result of the intervention by our forces, 1 attack helicopter was damaged and forced to move away from the area.
On 10 September at 00:30, our forces intervened against a helicopter belonging to the invaders in Şêlazê Resistance Area. As a result of the intervention by our forces, the attack helicopter was damaged and forced to move away from the area.
Attacks carried out by the occupying Turkish army with banned explosives;
On 9 September, our tunnels in Girê FM Resistance Area were bombed 3 times with banned explosives.
Attacks carried out by the occupying Turkish army;
On 10 September, Turkish fighter jets carried out 4 strikes targeting the Girê Mesken area in Xakurkê region and Şehîd Delîl Western Zap area.
On 9 September, attack helicopters carried out 8 bombardments targeting the Lolan, Girê Şehîd, Şehîd Şerîf Resistance Areas in Xakurkê region and Serê Metîna, Dergelê, Bêşîlî Resistance Areas in Metîna region.
