Heftanin State Command warns collaborators

We warn the collaborators to take a national and patriotic stand and to give up these activities that serve the enemy and are incompatible with patriotism," said Heftanin State Command.

Heftanin State Command warned those serving the invaders, "We call on them to take a national and patriotic stand and to renounce these activities that serve the enemy and are incompatible with patriotism."

The Heftanin State Command statement said:

"The resistance displayed by the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla all over Kurdistan and finally in Heftanin and Garê has brought significant successes to the Kurdish people. Based on the Garê spirit of the guerrilla, our people celebrated the Newroz proving once again that they are the people of serhildan (uprising).

However, the occupant Turkish state does not abandon its occupation plans and seeks further advancement. It wants to hire some of our people, especially the people of South Kurdistan, and to use them to achieve their dirty goals. In this context, some people help the invaders in return for financial gain and take part in road construction at the Koordine Hill in Bektorya area of Heftanin region. Taking part in the construction of military roads for the purpose of occupation in Kurdistan and being a tool for does not only serve the enemy but also constitutes a crime against the Kurdish people and Kurdistan.

On this basis, people involved in construction works that serve the invaders have previously been warned by our provincial command. Many people have thus seen the true face of the invading enemy and have given up serving the invaders. However, some people still serve the invaders and play a role in the occupation of South Kurdistan. We warn these people to take a national and patriotic stand and to give up these activities that serve the enemy and are incompatible with patriotism.”
