Fierce clashes are taking place between the regime forces and the ISIS gangs in the neighbourhoods of Sekin Şebabi-Neşwa Xerbi in Hesekê.

Reports are coming through that regime forces left the courthouse and the market to ISIS gangs. Meanwhile YPG/YPJ forces stepped up its defence as civilians continue to leave the city. 

Yesterday, thousands of people from Neşwa Şerqî, Neşwa Xerbî and Lêliyê neighbourhoods controlled by regime forces took flight to Amûdê and Qamişlo.
