While the Iranian army continues its operation which was launched on July 16 in the guerilla-controlled Qandil region, Federate Kurdistan Regional Parliament is expected to meet next week in concern with the Iranian aggression in border regions.

Kurdistan Regional Parliament Secretary Fýrset Ahmed stated that a session will be held in the parliament next Sunday to discuss the Iranian aggression at the request of parliamentarians.

Parliamentary Law Commission President Þêrwan Heyderi announced that 38 parliamentarians put signature for an extraordinary meeting of the parliament.
