Dr. Hisham Zêbari: KDP hosts murderers of Kurds and contradicts itself

Duhok University academic, Dr. Hisham Zêbari, said that the KDP was contradicting itself by establishing relations with the murderers of Kurds.

Duhok University academic, Dr. Hisham Zêbari, reacted to the meeting between the so-called Syrian Opposition Front head Naser al-Hariri and KDP officials in Bashur Kurdistan last week.

Zêbari said: "These groups, including ISIS, are Erdogan's mercenaries. They are conducting dirty politics in Grê Spî and Serêkaniyê. The KDP which says  "We are Kurdish nationalists" is in contradiction with itself. Because everyone knows that this delegation of the Syrian Opposition spilt  the blood of the Kurds.

In particular, I think it is Erdogan's plan or game to assign a delegation consisting of ISIS mercenary leaders. Of course, there are attempts to improve relations between Nechirvan Barzani and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), and I hope a positive result will be achieved. Of course, this shows that a segment of the KDP wants to establish a bridge between Rojava and Bashur. Erdogan realized this and sent such a delegation to Bashur. In other words, everyone should understand that Erdogan does not accept good relations between the Kurds."

The Turkish state controls KDP’s regions

Referring to the occupation plans of the delegation in cooperation with Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan, Hisham Zêbari continued: "They do not feel the need to hide the plan they want to make in the region anymore. The plan they want to implement is to occupy Shengal and create a buffer zone from Mosul to Kirkuk. The KDP cannot be unaware of this plan.

So I have to state this: The occupying Turkish state has now taken the regions Zaxo, Duhok, Hewlêr, under its control. Unfortunately this is the truth.

The Turkish state is the cause of the problem

Speaking about the general situation in Bashur, Hisham Zêbari concluded his speech with the following words: "Unfortunately, the situation in Bashurê Kurdistan is not very good. Because there is no national unity, political parties do not respect each other.

The contradictions between the KDP and the PUK are growing. Therefore, the Turkish state can make any plans, games and manipulations it wants. I can even say that it is the Turkish state that causes all problems, especially the budget issue between Baghdad and Hewler. The people of Bashur also have no trust in the current government."
