Governor of Diyarbakır has imposed a curfew on Uluturk, Tekel, Dumlupınar and Fırat neighborhoods of Amed's Bismil district today. The curfew has gone into effect as of 14:00 local time and will last 'until a further notice'.

Demonstrations in solidarity with Cizre resistance continue in Bismil since last night. Youths in Uluturk, Tekel, Dumlupınar and Fırat neighborhoods closed all the main roads and streets in the district to traffic and started carrying out self-defense against attacks.
