International coalition has carried out several airstrikes against ISIS gangs in the village of Kerkirde near Maxmur this morning.

The activity of warplanes of the coalition forces on Maxmur front began yesterday evening. It is reported that a number of airstrikes conducted at around 4 am this morning have targeted the ISIS-held village of Kerkirde between Sultan Abdullah and Geyara areas.

The airstrike has reportedly left a number of gang members, including the Maxmur commander, dead.

Websites close to ISIS have in the meantime reported that a warplane of the Iraqi central government has been brought down in Ramadi.
