Clashes between YPG/YPJ forces and ISIS gangs have intensified in the Til Temir district of the Cizire (Jazireh) canton of Rojava. 29 ISIS members were killed in the clashes while 10 others were wounded.

The reporters on the ground said YPG/YPJ forces launched operations on the villages of Til Nasri, Til Hefyan, Til Şamiran and Til Baz of Til Temir on the night of 31 March-1 April, killing 25 gang members and wounding 10 others. Two vehicles of the gangs were also destroyed by air strikes of the coalition forces, according to reports. The corpses of the killed gang members were taken to Mount Abdulaziz.

The operation of the YPG/YPJ forces started at 01:30, continuing until the morning hours. The ISIS gangs opened random mortar fire on Til Temir and its villages as they suffered heavy blows. It has been reported that many houses and offices were damaged by the mortars fired by the gangs.

While the clashes intensify in the villages around Til Temir, 4 gang members were killed and 10 others were wounded in clashes and a vehicle of the gangs was damaged. Reports say that fierce clashes are taking place between the ISIS gangs and the YPG/YPJ forces in Til Baz and Til Shemiran villages, starting at around 10:45 local time.

It has been reported that a vehicle of the gangs was damaged in the clashes, while no information regarding the gang members in the vehicle was obtained.
