The family of Kurdish journalist Cihan Bilgin, who was killed together with Nazım Daştan in an UCAV attack by the occupying Turkish state on the Tişrîn Dam-Sirrîn road in Rojava on 19 December, accepted condolences at their home in Mardin.

Many people attended the condolences held in Midyad district and expressed their condolences to the family.

Cihan Bilgin's mother, Katibe Bilgin, said, “My Cihan studied justice, she was a follower of the truth. She knew everything, she could do every job, she could do every profession. However, she loved this path, chose the path of her people, and gave her life for her people.”
