There was an explosion in the entrance of Şırnak’s Gundikê Melê town last night during the passing of a military vehicle.

The area was surrounded after the explosion and several armored vehicles and ambulances were dispatched to the scene.

The military vehicle damaged in the explosion was taken to the 23rd Gendarmerie Division Command.

The explosion created a large hole in the ground. Military blockade and aerial activity continue in the area.
