Double explosions have occurred at the HDP (Peoples' Democratic Party) rally in the main Kurdish city Amed where tens of thousands gathered today afternoon.

At least 20 people have been wounded as a result of the explosions, the cause of which wasn't immediately clear. 

The mass is leaving the rally area as police have also attacked with intense tear gas and are hindering  the wounded from being taken to ambulances.
