HDP to march against isolation on 15 February

HDP Spokesperson Ebru Günay announced that marches will be held in 3 cities on 15 February with the slogan "End Isolation, Justice for Life".

Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) spokesperson Ebru Günay shared the details of the "Justice for All" campaign, which was launched yesterday, at a press conference held at HDP party's headquarters. Günay said: “We will hold mass marches to protest the isolation in Imrali in three different cities on the anniversary of the international conspiracy, 15 Febaruary, with the slogan "End Isolation, Justice for Life".

Günay maintained that the country is under pressure as a whole and that her party aims to overcome this pressure and expand the field of democratic politics with their struggle programs.

Günay reiterated the call to the whole society to overcome the political order established by the AKP-MHP alliance made in June last year with a campaign called “All Together”.

“Women from Hakkari to Edirne, from Izmir to Van, from Mersin to Amed, all segments of society, including the youth, who are in favor of democracy, equality and freedom raised their voice. In this way, we once again showed that we are a party that sets the agenda”.

Reminding that they published a "Declaration of Peace" on September 1, World Peace Day, Günay said: "We announced a new stage in our Democratic Struggle Program from September to February. In the past months, we carried out an extensive struggle called "All Together" against the tyrannical power by promoting "peace" against war with all segments of society, from women to young people, from ecologists to laborers.”
