Roj News reporter Vedat Hisên Ali who was murderd in Duhok on August 13, has been laid to rest.

Ali's body was brought to the Şaxki Cemetery after religious duties at Cudi Mosque Monday morning. The Kurdish journalist's family, colleagues and many civilians attended the funeral.

In the meantime, reactions continue against the murder of the Roj News reporter, mainly from his colleagues, politicians, intellectuals and artists in Kurdistan.

Describing the murder of journalists as a murder of the society, the statements made on Ali's death call upon everyone to display their reaction and struggle for the exposure of his murderers.
