Police officers and treasury units raided the building of the Kurdish daily newspaper Azadiya Welat, one of the newspapers that were closed down with the latest emergency decree, in the Selahattin Eyyubi Neighborhood of Amed’s Bağlar district.

Treasury units document the raid and are accompanied by newspaper employees and lawyers.

The building is to be sealed after the search.
